They’ll have more than 30 wines to pair those dishes with inside the Pechanga Summit events center. The first day, Chocolate Decadence, will have a literal around-the-world theme, allowing guests to sample chocolate dishes from six different stations representing six different world regions: Antarctica, North America, Europe, Africa, Asia and South America.
That’s an idea that this year’s Chocolate Decadence and Pechanga Wine Festival events at Pechanga Resort & Casino in Temecula will seize upon when they return on March 1 and 2. Travel around the world and you’ll find that some ingredients are ubiquitous across many different countries.
